Terms of Service

Acceptance

By accessing and utilizing the RareDeck Museum platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our gallery, the creation of Collector Profiles, and all acquisitions made through our portal. If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, you must cease use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our operational procedures or legal obligations without prior individual notice.

Products and pricing

We curate highly sought-after collectible playing cards. Due to the rarity and limited production runs of our inventory, stock levels are highly volatile. All pricing is displayed in USD and is subject to change based on market valuation and scarcity. While we strive for absolute accuracy in our macro photography and technical descriptions, variations in screen calibration may affect color representation. We guarantee the authenticity of every deck, but cannot guarantee continuous availability of specific archival pieces.

Orders

The placement of an item in your Vault (cart) does not constitute a reservation of that item. An acquisition is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully processed and you receive an encrypted confirmation receipt. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of fraudulent activity, errors in pricing data, or sudden depletion of stock. In the event of a cancellation on our part, a full refund will be issued immediately.

Shipping

We pride ourselves on our gallery-grade dispatch procedures. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of confirmation. We utilize premium courier services to ensure the pristine arrival of your artifacts. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to the collector upon our handover of the goods to the carrier. International clients are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or holding fees required by their local jurisdictions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RareDeck Museum Holdings Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our platform or the acquisition of our products. Our total liability regarding any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific acquisition in question.

Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, specifically the jurisdiction of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the RareDeck Museum gallery shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, UK.
